מי אנחנו About Us

עמותת "החשמונאים" הוקמה מתוך הבנה כי חטיבת החשמונאים – החטיבה החרדית הראשונה בצה"ל, היא הרבה יותר מיחידה צבאית; היא בשורה חברתית והיסטורית. The Hashmonaim Association was founded from the understanding that the Hashmonaim Brigade – the first Haredi brigade in the IDF – is much more than a military unit; it is a social and historic message.

העמותה מהווה את הזרוע האזרחית המלווה את החטיבה, ומבטיחה שכל לוחם יוכל לשלב בין מצוינות מבצעית לבין נאמנות מוחלטת לאורח חייו ולזהותו החרדית. The association serves as the civilian arm accompanying the brigade, ensuring every warrior can combine operational excellence with absolute loyalty to his way of life and Haredi identity.

אנחנו קבוצה המורכבת מאנשי עסקים, אנשי חינוך מהמגזר החרדי, ואנשי מילואים מהחטיבה, שחברו יחד מתוך מטרה ברורה – להבטיח את הצלחת הלוחם החרדי בעבודת השם, בשירות הצבאי ובהשתלבותו חזרה בחברה. We are a group of business leaders, educators from the Haredi sector, and reserve soldiers from the brigade, united by a clear goal – ensuring the success of the Haredi warrior in serving God, in military service, and in reintegrating into society.

אנו פועלים ביצירת מעטפת הוליסטית הכוללת סיוע לוגיסטי ורווחתי לחיילים, ליווי חינוכי ורוחני השומר על הזהות החרדית הייחודית, ותמיכה ייעודית בחיילים בודדים. העמותה מובילה מסלולי הכנה לשירות משמעותי, בונה תוכניות ליום שאחרי השחרור, ודואגת לכך שכל לוחם ירגיש שיש לו בית, קהילה וגב חזק – בקרב ובשגרה. We create a holistic support system including logistical and welfare aid for soldiers, educational and spiritual guidance preserving the unique Haredi identity, and dedicated support for lone soldiers. The association leads preparation tracks for meaningful service, builds post-discharge programs, and ensures every warrior feels they have a home, community and strong backing – in combat and in routine.

קרן הרווחה והסיוע Welfare & Aid Fund

סיוע ייעודי ומקיף לחיילים בודדים/מנוכרים בחטיבה- מעטפת אישית, ציוד, ארוחות חג וליווי רגשי. לצד זאת, תמיכה למשפחות במצוקה, מימון ערבי יחידה, רכישת ציוד ייעודי בהתאם לדרישות הפיקוד הבכיר. כל פנייה נבדקת ומטופלת תוך ימים ספורים. Dedicated and comprehensive assistance for lone/estranged soldiers in the brigade - personal envelope, equipment, holiday meals and emotional support. Alongside this, support for families in distress, financing unit events, purchasing dedicated equipment in accordance with the requirements of the senior command. Each request is reviewed and processed within a few days.

שימור ופיתוח הזהות התורנית Preserving Torah Identity

אנו פועלים להענקת ליווי רוחני וחינוכי צמוד, המותאם לעולמו של הלוחם החרדי. באמצעות שיעורי תורה, דמויות חינוכיות ומענה לשאלות הלכתיות בשטח, אנו דואגים שהרוח והזהות יישארו איתנים לאורך כל השירות. We provide close spiritual and educational guidance tailored to the Haredi warrior's world. Through Torah classes, educational figures and responses to halachic questions in the field, we ensure spirit and identity remain strong throughout service.

המעטפת החטיבתית והלוגיסטית Brigade & Logistical Support

העמותה משמשת כ"אבא ואמא" של הלוחמים בשטח. אנו דואגים לשיפור רווחת החייל, ציוד משלים, וסיוע לוגיסטי לצרכי החטיבה כדי לאפשר ללוחמים להתמקד במשימתם בראש שקט. The association serves as the "father and mother" of warriors in the field. We improve soldier welfare, provide supplementary equipment, and logistical support for brigade needs so warriors can focus on their mission with peace of mind.

בית לחייל הבודד Home for the Lone Soldier

עבור לוחמים ללא עורף משפחתי, העמותה היא המשפחה. אנו מפעילים מערך תמיכה הכולל פתרונות דיור, ליווי רגשי, וסיוע כלכלי, כדי שאף לוחם לא ירגיש לבד – לא בשבתות ולא בחגים. For warriors without family support, the association is family. We operate a support system including housing solutions, emotional support, and financial aid, ensuring no warrior feels alone – not on Shabbat and not on holidays.

מסלולי הכנה וליווי לחיים Preparation & Life Guidance

הפעילות שלנו מתחילה עוד לפני הגיוס, בתוכניות הכנה מנטליות ופיזיות המותאמות למגזר, וממשיכה גם ביום שאחרי השחרור, עם ייעוץ והכוונה להשתלבות בשוק התעסוקה ובאקדמיה. Our activity begins before enlistment with mental and physical preparation programs tailored to the sector, and continues after discharge with counseling and guidance for integration into the job market and academia.
